The New York Knicks are on the cusp of reaching the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999, following their 121-108 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Leading the charge was Jalen Brunson, who scored 30 points, supported by Mikal Bridges with 22 points and OG Anunoby who added 21. Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 13 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists, helping the Knicks maintain control of the game from start to finish.

With this win, the Knicks have taken a commanding 3-0 lead in the series and are poised to complete a sweep in Game 4. The electrifying atmosphere inside the arena reflected the excitement of the fans as the Knicks extended their postseason winning streak to 10 games, a rare achievement that places them among only seven teams in NBA history to have done so.

The Knicks were dominant on offense, shooting nearly 56% from the field. They also made 11 three-pointers and were nearly flawless from the free-throw line, converting 24 of 27 attempts. Establishing an early lead, New York never trailed and showcased their strength in the fourth quarter with crucial three-pointers from Landry Shamet.

On the opposing side, Cleveland’s Evan Mobley scored 24 points while Donovan Mitchell contributed 23. Despite these efforts, the Cavaliers struggled to find success from beyond the arc and couldn’t match the Knicks’ energy and pace throughout the game.

Mike Brown, the Knicks’ coach, commended his team’s fast-paced strategy and strong defensive discipline. As New York prepares for the pivotal Game 4, players emphasized the importance of maintaining their focus. Meanwhile, the Cavaliers face the daunting prospect of elimination, with New York eyeing a long-awaited return to the NBA Finals after more than two decades.
